Monthly Meetings
Monthly Meetings for the P&C are held at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of the month at the Doubleview Bowling Club, except during school holidays.
We also have the option for parents to attend the meeting via conference call.
QUORum
The following numbers are needed to have a quorum to have a meeting:
Monthly Meeting: 8 Financial Members
Executive Meeting: 5 Executive Committee Members
Financial Membership
You need to be a Financial Member to vote at the meeting and to count towards total number of attendees needed for a quorum. The cost of financial membership is 10c. Submit a Financial Membership form.
