Eight teammates.  A splash of colour.  Plenty of laughs!

Gather your friends for surprising challenges, hilarious photos and friendly competition, followed by dinner, a silent auction and dancing—all while supporting the Doubleview Primary School P&C.

Gather your team

Get together a team of eight! Parents, carers and school staff are welcome.

Your team will receive an assigned colour and shape when you purchase your ticket. This will be your team name (eg Blue triangles).  Wear a T-shirt in your team colour and shape (example white shirt with blue triangles or blue shirt with white triangle) —matching team members earn points!

No team? No problem! Add your name to the waiting list via the Humanitix site. We will put a team together for you.

Bring something worth bidding for

Each team to donate an item worth at least $50 for the silent auction. Think tempting hampers, handy vouchers or something wonderfully unexpected—creativity is encouraged!

Bring your donation to registration, labelled with your team name and a description, including any conditions or expiry dates.

The evening at a glance

4:15 pm — Registration opens
Send one team representative to check in and hand over your silent-auction donation.

5:30 pm — Let the fun begin!
A strict start—all eight teammates must be ready. The challenges will be revealed on the night!

7:30 pm — Back to base
All items must be submitted by this time. No late entries will be accepted.

7:30–8:30 pm — Dinner and catch-up
Tuck into dinner, compare adventures and get your final auction bids in.

8:15 pm — Silent auction closes
Time to collect your auction purchases!

8:30 pm — Scores, prizes and bragging rights
Find out which team takes the honours.

After presentations — Hit the dance floor
Celebrate with music from Western Sounds and enjoy the social night.

Your ready-to-go checklist

• Your team of eight, wearing your assigned colour and shape where possible.

•  Your labelled silent-auction donation worth at least $50.

• Your  food order if you are ordering.

• Charged smartphone with WhatsApp.

• Comfortable shoes.

• Your sense of humour and sense of fun!

Hunt, snap and get creative

Your team will receive an answer sheet and instructions on the night. Write your answers on the sheet and send photos and videos through your team’s WhatsApp group.

Nominate one person to send your team’s entries to avoid duplicates. 

Need a hint? Text an organiser—but it will cost you points!

Return your answer sheet and collected items, and submit all photos and videos by 7:30 pm.
